The CATS Awards 2016 shortlist has been announced with a number of CMA clients involved with nominated productions.
Linda Duncan McLaughlin’s Descent has been nominated for Best New Play. It was produced by A Play, a Pie and a Pint presented by the Traverse Theatre, in association with Luminate, Scotland’s creative ageing festival.
John Macaulay played the roles of Magwitch and Pocket in Great Expectations at Dundee Rep Theatre, which has been nominated for Best Ensemble.
Tyler Collins played the role of Lute in Little Red and the Wolf at Dundee Rep Theatre and Kirsty Stuart appeared in Uncanny Valley, both of which have been nominated for Best Production For Children and Young People.
George Drennan appeared in Lanark: A Life in Three Acts at the Citizens Theatre and the Royal Lyceum Theatre.
